Open SparkFast, set your eating window schedule, and tap "Start Fast" when your eating window closes. The app will track your progress automatically.
SparkFast supports all popular protocols including 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, and custom eating windows. You can also track extended fasts (24h, 48h, 72h, and beyond).
Go to Settings > Health Sync to connect with Apple Health. SparkFast can read weight, glucose, ketones, HRV, sleep, and steps data.
Yes! You can adjust your eating window schedule anytime in Settings. Your historical data is preserved.
Simply tap "End Fast" and your progress will be saved. You can start a new fast whenever you're ready.
New users get a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings.
Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > SparkFast to manage, change, or cancel your subscription.
