C. Health & Fitness Data

Collected only with your explicit permission.

Examples include:

• Fasting-related data you enter manually
• Biomarker data (e.g., ketones, glucose) if you manually log them or connect approved devices
• Apple Health data (only if you grant permission), such as:
  • Weight
  • Sleep
  • HRV
  • Glucose
  • Fitness activity

We do not access, collect, or store any Apple Health data unless you explicitly grant permission.

D. Usage Data

• App interactions (taps, screens viewed)
• Feature usage (e.g., starting/stopping fasts)

Used only to improve app performance and user experience.
We do not use this data for advertising or tracking.

E. Diagnostics

• Crash logs
• Performance data (e.g., loading time, errors)

Used strictly for app debugging and reliability improvements.

2. How We Use Your Information

SparkFast uses the information collected for purposes including:

• App functionality
  To authenticate your account, provide fasting tracking, sync data, and display your progress.
• Improve app performance
  Using crash and performance data to enhance speed and stability.
• Customer support
  To respond to your messages and assist with issues.
• Data syncing & backups
  If you use devices across platforms, your data is securely stored to support this functionality.

We do NOT:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for third-party marketing
• Use your data for tracking across apps or websites

5. Apple Health Data

If you connect Apple Health:

• We only read the data types you grant permission for.
• We do not write or modify any data in Apple Health unless you allow it.
• Apple Health data never leaves your device unless you explicitly sync it with SparkFast servers.

You may change permissions anytime in your iPhone’s Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as your account remains active, unless we are required to retain it longer for legal or operational reasons.

If you delete your account, we delete:

• Personal data (name, email)
• Health & fitness logs
• Usage data
• All fasting history

Backups may persist for a short period (typically 30–90 days) but are not used.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including UK, EU, Brazil, California), you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)
• Withdraw consent for health data at any time
• Object to or restrict processing

8. Children’s Privacy

SparkFast is not intended for users under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us immediately.

We use industry-standard safeguards for international data transfers, including encryption and contractual protections.
