How to Start an Intermittent Fast

0:03: Let's begin by setting up a prolonged fast.

0:09: Once there, select the prolonged menu option.
0:12: You'll see several pre-made options, so feel free to choose the one that suits your needs best.
0:18: For this demonstration, we'll opt for a 72 hour fast, although you can always customize a prolonged fast if you prefer.
0:27: Let's go ahead and choose the 72 hour option and start the fast.
0:32: With the fast initiated, you'll be directed to the dashboard for your prolonged fast.
0:37: Here, the name of your chosen fast will be displayed, along with a clock that tracks the time elapsed.
0:44: You'll also notice the fasting benefits timeline, where the present moment is marked by a vertical line that will move as time progresses.
0:53: This chart provides a visual representation of the estimated biological processes happening in your body as you fast.
1:00: By tapping on it, you can explore the theoretical changes and benefits over time in 5 different biomarkers.

1:12: When it is time to end your fast, simply click on the button to end the fast.
1:17: Alternatively, if you've started the fast by mistake, you have the option to cancel it, and it will not count in your history.
