1. Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection
2. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data

Solution 2: Verify Your Login Credentials
1. Double-check your email address for typos
2. Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password
3. Check your spam folder for the password reset email
Solution 3: Clear App Cache
iPhone: Delete and reinstall the app
Android: Go to Settings → Apps → SparkFast → Clear Cache
Solution 4: Update the App
1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
2. Search for SparkFast
3. Tap "Update" if available
If your fasting history appears to be missing:
1. Ensure you're logged into the correct account (Google, Apple, or Email)
2. Check if you previously used a different sign-in method

Timezone Issues
If you recently traveled or changed timezones:
1. Close SparkFast completely
2. Ensure your device timezone is correct
3. Reopen the app - the timer should adjust automatically
Unfortunately, once a fast is ended, it cannot be resumed. However:
1. You can start a new fast immediately
2. Your completed fast (even if short) is still recorded in your history
3. Use the backdated fast feature to log fasts you forgot to track
SparkFast now includes smart overlap resolution:
1. When starting a backdated fast that overlaps with a previous one, you'll see a prompt
2. Choose "Adjust & Start" to automatically shorten the previous fast
3. This maintains accurate records without blocking your new fast
1. Pull down on the main screen to refresh
2. Check your internet connection
3. Force close and reopen the app
4. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in
Step 1: Check Permissions
1. Open iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices
2. Find SparkFast and tap on it
3. Ensure all data types are enabled (Weight, Steps, Sleep, etc.)

1. Open the Apple Health app
2. Make a small change (like adding a weight entry)

For Keto-Mojo or other glucose monitor users:
1. Ensure your device is synced to Apple Health first
2. Check that glucose read permissions are granted to SparkFast
3. SparkFast reads blood glucose data from Apple Health and Ketones data from Keto-Mojo
4. Manual entry is available in the Metabolic Tracking section
iPhone Users:
1. Go to Settings → Notifications → SparkFast
2. Enable "Allow Notifications"
3. Enable Banners, Sounds, and Badges as desired
4. Check that Focus/Do Not Disturb isn't blocking notifications
Android Users:
1. Go to Settings → Apps → SparkFast → Notifications
2. Enable notifications
3. Disable battery optimization for SparkFast (Settings → Battery → SparkFast → Don't optimize)

1. Open SparkFast → Settings → Notifications
