How to Delete Your SparkFast Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the SparkFast app:

1. Open the SparkFast app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion

What Gets Deleted:

 • Your account credentials

 • All fasting history and tracking data

 • Metabolic data (ketone levels, glucose readings, weight)

 • Personalized plans and questionnaire responses

 • All app preferences and settings

 The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
